Imam Hassan Birth Anniversary Celebrated in Tanzania

--On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan (AS), the second Shia imam, a ceremony was held yesterday, September 4, at Vali Asr Islamic Center in Kibaya,Tanzania.

The ceremony began with Eftetah (opening) prayer followed by Quran recitation by internationally known Iranian reciter,Alireza Ahmadi.
Al-Waresin, an Iranian Tawashih (islamic song) group including Reza Rezayi, Mahmoud Mohsen Kabir, Ruhollah Shahedi and Mahdi Kashaniyan performed religious songs that attracted the attention of the audience.
Islamic tile works by Iranian artist Seyyed Abul Ghasem Sa'adatmand was displayed on the sidelines of the ceremony.
