Summer Quran Distribution Campaign Launched in Yemen’s Marib
It is implemented with the help of preachers and teachers of religious studies, according to Al-Masdar website.
The campaign is led by Sheikh Wasil Abadi, starting from Al-Maghfirah Mosque in the city with the distribution of thousands of brochures and religious publications and 1,100 copies of the Quran and Tafsir (Quran interpretation) among different groups of the local community.
More than 20 public awareness campaigns aimed at educating young people will be carried out as part of the program, and valuable prizes including electrical appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators and a grand prize car will be presented to the participants.
The campaign is implemented with local facilities and resources and focuses on raising and strengthening youth awareness and institutionalizing a culture of adherence to religious values and social norms.
