President Pezeshkian to Attend Closing Ceremony of 31st National Prayer Conference

IQNA – Iran’s northeastern city of Bojnourd is going to host the 31st edition of the national prayers congress later this week.

It will be launched at the Aftab Cultural Complex of the Petrochemical Company in Bojnourd on Wednesday morning, December 25, with the presence of national and provincial officials.

The closing ceremony, slated for Wednesday evening, will be officiated by President Masoud Pezeshkian, according to Hojat-ol-Islam Ahmadifar, head of North Khorasan Province’s Prayers Headquarters, which will host the conference.

He said a related exhibition has been launched in the city with the aim of promoting the culture of prayers among the new generation, especially children and teenagers.

People can visit the expo every day from 9 to 12 and 5 to 9 PM, he stated.  

The official also noted that Hojat-ol-Islam Mohsen Qara’ati, head of Iran’s Headquarters for Upholding Prayers, will arrive in Bojnourd on Monday.
